Right On
Time Retreat

A little soul-searching. A lot of living.

Right On Time is not your typical retreat.

This is an adventure, a reset and a chance to step completely outside your everyday life, and into something bigger.

Think wild places, big experiences, belly laughs, deep conversations, ridiculous dancing, quiet moments, unexpected tears, movement, music and new friendships.

There’s space to reflect and reconnect, but no pressure to be serious, silent or “work on yourself” every minute of the day.

Come to loosen up. Get out of your head. Feel more. Laugh more. Move more. Connect more.

Ashleigh Burness

Founder, Zymmie | Coach & People Culture Consultant

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Ashleigh's journey has taken her across the world, from Scotland, London and New Zealand to Australia and New York. After building a successful career in leadership and consulting, including with BCG, she found herself questioning the timelines so many women quietly feel pressured to follow.

Today, as the Founder of Zymmie, Ashleigh works as a coach, facilitator and People consultant, helping people reconnect with who they are, navigate life's transitions with greater confidence, and create lives that feel deeply aligned with who they have become.

Returning to Zimbabwe to co-host Right on Time is especially meaningful. It's an opportunity to share the beauty, warmth and magic of the country that shaped her.

OUR STORY

Whose timeline am I living by? What actually matters to me? How do I create a life that feels like my own?

We grew up minutes from one another in Zimbabwe, later lived together in London, and found our way to New Zealand around the same time. Like many women, our paths looked successful from the outside, yet beneath the achievements, we kept asking the same questions. Those conversations became the foundation of Right on Time Retreat.

We created this retreat because we believe every woman deserves the chance to step away from the noise, reconnect with herself, and remember there is no universal timeline for how life should unfold. Returning to Zimbabwe to host this experience feels like coming full circle.
