A space to move from reaction and pressure into clarity, regulation, and grounded decision-making.
Ashleigh Burness
I work with high-capacity women navigating seasons of transition, when something that once fit no longer does, and the next step isn’t yet clear.
Some of the women I work with are senior leaders and founders operating inside high-responsibility environments. Others are mid-pivot, recalibrating after personal or professional change.
For two decades, I built my career inside fast-paced, high-performance environments. I’ve led teams, advised executives, and supported leaders through growth, pressure, burnout, and reinvention. I understand ambition. I understand responsibility. And I understand what happens when identity begins to evolve faster than the role you’re in.
Alongside that professional experience, I’ve lived and worked across Zimbabwe, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and New York navigating my own seasons of reinvention along the way. I know how disorienting transition can feel, even when it looks bold or successful from the outside. That lived experience informs the steadiness I now bring to others.
My work is regulation-led and decision-oriented. I help you steady your nervous system, think clearly again, and recalibrate before making your next move.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about stabilizing who you already are, so your next chapter is chosen, not reacted to.
Ashleigh is sharp and insightful, she quickly identifies where you’re “stuck”, whether in thinking, communication, or career choices.
Her work is both supportive and energizing, leaving you with clarity and actionable steps after each session.
