For twenty years, I built a career in business operations and people leadership that fulfilled me. I loved the pace, the travel, the complexity and the sense of building something.

Over time, what had once fitted began to change. On paper, everything was working. On the inside, something was missing. Stepping away led me to deeper questions about identity, direction and whose timeline I was living by.

Today, I bring together two sides of who I am: the clear, practical thinking of my corporate years, and a deep respect for intuition, energy and the body. I work with women who look successful from the outside but feel something is missing within, helping them slow down, get honest about what they want, and take real steps towards it.

I was born and raised in Zimbabwe, and Right On Time Retreat is the heart of Zymmie today. Together with my longtime friend Angela Waddell, I'm returning to Imire to share the beauty, warmth and wild landscapes of the country that shaped us, alongside movement, reflection, laughter and meaningful connection.

Alongside the retreat, I also offer private coaching, mentoring and energetic healing for women who would like individual support.
